London: 16 October 2009
It is Friday and now day three of the 53rd London Film Festival that is keeping the Square buzzing through October. Today there are three events starting after dusk, all red carpet premieres. It is an ok day weather wise so the obligatory waiting from mid afternoon was pleasant. Friends and fans from lots of different place are here to see who they can see. The last premiere of the evening is for The Road starring Viggo Mortensen. Whenever Viggo appears in London he attracts fans from across Europe and tonight is no exception. He was great with fans as always and he made sure everyone who wanted one, got a single dedicated autograph. Viggo is not a fan of two heads poses so pics of him signing and smiling are as good as it got. Director John Hillcoat was on hand to sign and pose the fanline too.
